The Falstaff Grandfather Clock features a solid American red oak case finished in Oat nut brown. The multi-tiered crown has carved inserts and full returns, creating exceptional beauty. Hinged side access doors with beveled glass and hand carved columns highlighting different accent elements make this design unique, The lower case has raised oak panels and a 'S'-shaped shaped base design on all sides. The lower locking door features a complex design and holds the oval- and scalloped-shaped 1-inch bveled glass. The Locking upper door protects a Grandfather dial with raised design elements on the corners and center. The 270-millimeter twisted lyre pendulum has a matching cast design as well and the weight shells are banded. The German-made, triple-chime cable movement offers a choice of Westminster Whittington, or St. Michael's chimes with a separate hour count. The clock also features an automatic night silence feature, remote seconds hand, and a blue moon dial.
